Day 1: Arrival & Introduction to the Wild

Start your stay with a welcome drink in your hands and an evening to learn about the park’s flora and fauna presented by an expert naturalist.
  • Arrival at the lodge followed by welcome drinks & orientation for the stay.
  • Enjoy lunch at the Banyan Café.
  • Take a leisurely afternoon boat safari on the Rapti River with a special sundowner experience.
  • In the evening, attend a PowerPoint presentation on the flora and fauna of Chitwan National Park presented by a naturalist.
  • Then enjoy an exclusive dinner at the lodge.

Day 2: Western Wilderness Exploration

Start your wilderness expedition with a full-day keep safari tour to the western region of the park with an open-air picnic-style lunch and an evening cultural performance.
  • Start your day with breakfast at the lodge.
  • Then prepare for a full-day jeep safari to the western region of the park, covering diverse habitats and visiting areas such as Old Tiger Tops and Devi Taal.
  • Stop at an open grassland for a picnic-style lunch in the jungle.
  • Continue on your jeep safari focusing on spotting bird species, butterflies, plants, and mammals.
  • Return to the Lodge in the evening for rest and relaxation.
  • Enjoy an evening cultural dance performance by the local community.
  • Followed by dinner at the lodge.

Day 3: Jungle Walk & Madi Village Experience

Begin with early morning exploration of the jungle with packed breakfast. Enjoy a guided walk through a local village and return on a jeep safari.
  • Begin your day early morning with a 15 kilometers guided jungle walk through the grasslands, wooded areas, and foothills with packed breakfast.
  • After the guided walk, enjoy an authentic local lunch at a Bote Tribal Village in Madi.
  • Enjoy a jeep safari in the park on your way back.
  • Return to the Lodge for rest and relaxation.
  • You have the option to join the evening cultural dance performance or to take a dip in the pool.
  • Dinner at the lodge.

Day 4: Rivers & Raptors

Spend the day exploring the aquatic animals of Chitwan with a boat safari. Visit a restaurant for vultures and enjoy delicious Tharu cuisine in a tribal village.
  • Start your day early with an extended boat safari on the Rapti and Narayani Rivers up to Amaltari Ghat, searching for gharials, freshwater Gangetic dolphins, and aquatic bird species.
  • Enjoy an exclusive breakfast at the confluence of Rapti and Narayani.
  • After breakfast, visit the Jatayu Vulture Restaurant to learn about vulture conservation and witness feeding.
  • Followed by lunch in a traditional Tharu tribal village.
  • Then we take a scenic drive (65 km) back to the lodge.
  • Rest up then enjoy dinner at the lodge.

Day 5: Elephants & Wetlands

Explore the morning with elephants with a visit to their breeding center and spend the afternoon birding and wildlife viewing at Twenty Thousand Lake.
  • Get an early morning breakfast at the lodge.
  • Drive to the Elephant Breeding Center in Sauraha (45 km), followed by a visit to the NTNC Conservation Museum.
  • Today, lunch is served in Sauraha.
  • Followed by an afternoon birding and wildlife viewing at Twenty Thousand Lake (Bis Hajari Taal) and Batuli Pokhari wetlands.
  • Return to the Lodge.
  • Followed by Dinner.

Day 6: Deep Jungle Immersion

Spend an entire day at the jungle with packed lunches.
  • Enjoy breakfast at the Lodge.
  • Prepare for a Full-day jungle walk expedition with packed lunch, exploring varied vegetation zones and habitats for birds, mammals, and unique flora.
  • Return to the Lodge in the evening for Dinner and relaxation.

Day 7: Birding & Cultural Heritage

Become an early bird to go birdwatching in farmlands and rivers along with a picnic-style breakfast.
  • Early morning birdwatching in Divyanagar farmlands and along the Narayani River.
  • Followed by picnic-style breakfast by the river.
  • Then we return to the Lodge.
  • Rest up then enjoy lunch at the Lodge.
  • Afternoon cultural tour: Visit Meghauli’s Tharu Museum and explore century-old Tharu tribal villages.
  • Dinner at the lodge.

Day 8: Community Forest Safaris

Visit community forests and learn about forest conservation efforts with the naturalists.
  • Take an early morning jeep safari in Meghauli Community Forest with picnic breakfast.
  • Return to the Lodge for rest.
  • Lunch at the Lodge.
  • Head out for an afternoon jeep safari in Andrauli Community Forest.
  • Dinner at the Lodge.

Day 9: Eastern Expedition

Head east of the national park to visit the Gharial Breeding Center, Kasara and Sauraha.
  • Start the day with breakfast at the Lodge.
  • Full-day jeep safari towards the eastern region of the park (Kasara & Sauraha).
  • Visit the Gharial Breeding Center at Kasara park headquarters.
  • Enjoy lunch in the jungle.
  • After the meal, our expedition focuses on rhinoceroses, Bengal tigers and rare birdlife.
  • Dinner at the Lodge.

Day 10: Leisure Day of Your Choice

Today, you can take a wild expedition or a slow day of your choice with a spa session and pool relaxation.
  • Take a leisurely sunrise boat safari on the Rapti River.
  • Then enjoy an onsite breakfast by the river.
  • Return to the Lodge for lunch.
  • Enjoy the afternoon at leisure with a choice of jeep safari, bird walk, spa session, or pool relaxation.
